Prank Call Simulator is an entertainment app that lets you schedule and simulate realistic fake incoming voice and video calls for fun. By installing and using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. The App Simulates Calls — It Never Makes Real Ones
Prank Call Simulator only simulates incoming calls on your own device for entertainment. It does NOT place real phone calls, does NOT read or access your call logs, phone number, contacts, or SMS, and does NOT send calls or messages to anyone.
Everything you set up — the caller name and picture you choose, the ringtone, the scheduled time, and any audio or video you record for a prank — is stored locally on your device only. We do NOT upload, transmit, or store this content on our servers, and it is never sold or shared.

3. Information Collected by Third-Party Services
The App uses the Internet permission only to display ads and to collect basic, anonymous analytics that help us keep the App running and improve it. Through third-party SDKs, the following limited data may be collected automatically:

Device Info: Device model, operating system version, language

Advertising ID (GAID): Used by advertising and analytics services

App Usage & Diagnostics: Features used, app open frequency, and crash/performance logs

IP Address: Processed by advertising and analytics services

We do not collect your name, email, contacts, call logs, phone number, photos, or location.

6. Permissions Used
INTERNET: Required to load ads and send anonymous analytics/crash reports.

Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to alert you and display the fake incoming-call screen when a simulated call is triggered.

Full-Screen Intent (USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT) & Wake Lock: Used to show the fake incoming-call screen full-screen and briefly turn on the display at the scheduled time, so the prank feels realistic.

Foreground Service: Used to reliably trigger a fake call at the time you scheduled, even when the App is in the background.

Run at Startup (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): Used to restore your scheduled fake calls after the device restarts.

Camera & Microphone (optional): Requested ONLY if you choose to record your own audio or video for a prank, or use the fake video-call feature. This content is processed on your device and is never uploaded to us. You can decline these permissions and still use the rest of the App.

The App does not request location, contacts, call log, or SMS permissions, and it cannot make real calls.

7. Advertising
The App displays ads provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use the Advertising ID to show personalized or non-personalized ads. Where required by law, the App shows a consent form (Google UMP) so you can choose your ad preferences. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time in your device's ad settings.

8. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA)
Depending on your region, you have the right to:

Access, update, or delete data associated with you

Withdraw consent or revoke app permissions

Opt out of personalized advertising

Request information about the categories of data collected and shared

Because the calls you set up and any recordings you make are stored only on your device, you can delete them at any time inside the App or by uninstalling the App.

9. Data Retention
Your on-device content (scheduled calls, chosen caller details, ringtones, and any recordings) remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Analytics and crash data collected by third-party services are typically retained for no longer than necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with each provider's policy.

10. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Data Transfers
Data processed by third-party services may be stored or processed on servers outside your country. These providers implement safeguards in line with GDPR and other applicable laws.
